Before you pick up the phone, run the check TX AquaDoc publishes for free: a simple way to tell a real leak from ordinary evaporation. Fill a bucket and set it on a pool step so the water inside sits level with the water outside, then mark both waterlines. Run the pool as usual for a day and check back. If the pool's line dropped further than the bucket's, that's not the sun. That's a leak.
